Les honoraires sont fix\u00e9s en accord avec le client, par \u00e9crit, dans le cadre d\u2019une convention d'honoraires conclue pr\u00e9alablement, sauf en cas d'urgence ou de force majeure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

La convention d'honoraires pr\u00e9cise notamment le montant (forfait) ou le mode de d\u00e9termination des honoraires (taux horaires, honoraire compl\u00e9mentaire de r\u00e9sultat) couvrant les diligences pr\u00e9visibles, ainsi que les divers frais et d\u00e9bours envisag\u00e9s, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions de l\u2019article 10 de la loi du 31 d\u00e9cembre 1971 et 11 du R\u00e8glement Int\u00e9rieur National de la profession d\u2019avocat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fees Fees are agreed with the client and set out in writing in a Letter of Engagement concluded in advance, except in cases of urgency or force majeure. The Letter of Engagement specifies, in particular, the amount (fixed fee) or the method for determining the fees (hourly rates, supplementary success fee) covering foreseeable work, as well as any anticipated costs and disbursements, in accordance with Articles 10 of the Law of 31 December 1971 and 11 of the National Rules of Professional Conduct governing the legal profession. The client is always kept informed of the work performed as it progresses and of the corresponding fees.
