By accessing and using the website www.mlr-avocats.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), you agree to the Site’s Terms of use, namely the Legal information (available by clicking here), the Privacy policy, which includes the terms governing the processing of personal data (available by clicking here), and these Terms of use, without reservation, modification or restriction.
The applicable Terms of use are those in force at the time of your connection to the Site. They may be amended or updated at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms of use will be posted on the Site and will indicate the date of their latest update. Users are therefore invited to consult the Site regularly to remain informed of any changes or updates.
Intellectual Property

Any representation, reproduction, use, modification, translation, adaptation or alteration, in whole or in part, whether for consideration or free of charge, in any manner, form, process or medium, of the Site or any of its components, without the Firm’s prior written consent, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
Hyperlinks
The Firm ensures that the Site does not contain hyperlinks granting direct or indirect access to websites or pages whose content would be contrary to the essential principles of the legal profession. The Firm will take all necessary measures to remove such links without delay should any such content be identified. The Firm’s liability cannot be engaged beyond this ethical obligation.
The Firm reserves the right, in all circumstances, to remove any link from its Site to a third party website.
The creation of any hyperlink to all or part of the Site is strictly prohibited without the Firm’s prior written authorisation.

Liability
