Fees
Fees are agreed with the client and set out in writing in a Letter of Engagement concluded in advance, except in cases of urgency or force majeure.
The Letter of Engagement specifies, in particular, the amount (fixed fee) or the method for determining the fees (hourly rates, supplementary success fee) covering foreseeable work, as well as any anticipated costs and disbursements, in accordance with Articles 10 of the Law of 31 December 1971 and 11 of the National Rules of Professional Conduct governing the legal profession.
The client is always kept informed of the work performed as it progresses and of the corresponding fees. A detailed statement is also attached to our invoices.
